With the company Executive Decree number 31 of March 31, 2023, the Call relating to the disbursement of subsidies for the integration of rental fees rent for the year 2022. The overall budget for this year is €28.481.425,10, of which 98% is allocated to bracket A and the remaining 2% to bracket B.
Who can request it
To participate in the tender, a Ordinary or current ISEE (the restricted ISEE is not admissible) requested by the applicant or by one of the members of his family unit before submitting the application. The amount of the ISEE must not exceed:
- is preferably used for Band "A": € 13.659,88
- is preferably used for Band "B": € 22.500,00
The applicant must be a holder, for the year 2022, Of a lease for residential use relating to a property located in the Campania Region used as a main residence and corresponding to the registered residence of the applicant in the reference period. The contract must be duly registered.
How to apply
Grant applications may be submitted from April 5th at 10am until May 00th at 10pm accessing the platform, online via the "LOGIN" button on the site. It is necessary to upload the contract and the registration to the platform, under penalty of nullity of the application.
It is therefore recommended to pay close attention when uploading the application and attachments. The date on which the application is entered does not constitute priority in the assignment of the contribution.
Il contribution it must be requested exclusively by the holder of the lease contract, belonging to the family nucleus residing in the accommodation, only through the online procedure.
