A great BookMOB in Piazza Dante: give yourself a book and receive one in return!
Saturday 30 January 2016 in Piazza Dante the fantastic initiative will be held BookMOB, one flash exchange of books. According to the organizer, the Cultural Association Libri In Circolo, the aim is to make culture circulate also through those old books that we may have forgotten on the shelves and so that they will be able to pass on to a second life with a new reader.
Participants must go to the meeting place at the set time, with a book wrapped just to be relevant to the theme of gift and the randomness of the event: for an ordered result a circle must be formed, and at the start each participant will give his book to the person on his left and take the one that will be brought to him on the right. It continues like this for two minutes and when the time runs out everyone will have a new book in his hands.
The participants who bring more than one book will be able to leave it in the center of the circle and after the end of BookMOB there will be another small countdown: the first to arrive at the books will be able to get them!
Moreover, if someone finds himself with two books in his hands, he can look for those who are left without and give it to him.
