Total suspension of the bus service in Naples because of the snow that is falling heavily on the city!
Update 13 hours: buses are back regularly with disruptions to Camaldoli due to snow.
Today 27 February 2018 i buses to Naples are completely still, starting from the 7 in the morning, due to the copious snow that is covering the city.
This was communicated by the ANM company on its Facebook page, without giving further information regarding the timing of recovery. Currently, the 1 subway line and the Chiaia, Montesanto, Mergellina and Centrale Funiculars operate regularly. Instead, for Cumana and Circumvesuviana there are strong delays , 1 metro line is suspended on the entire route. Even the schools have been closed.
They had been there yesterday too many inconveniences for the buses e the Funiculars and in many areas of Campania even schools have been closed.
We will continue to follow the situation to keep you updated because the snow today is really a lot, definitely unusual for Naples.
