The enchanting Casina sul Fusaro will host a special guided trip, with Pulcinella, doctors, marquises and much more to discover!
Once upon a time there was a noble Neapolitan marquis, struggling with a hex thrown by a witch on his marquisina, who lost the ability to smile. To help the gentleman there will be his servant, the smart one Pulcinella, a stubborn, scorned and cheeky character.
Among false doctors, friends and many other characters, the mask symbol of Naples will succeed in freeing the young woman from the spell, returning her smile.
This will be the fascinating story of “A chillo tiempo ch'era Viva Vava…” the special guided tour to be held on 18 January 2015 at the Casino di Caccia del Fusaro, known as the Casina Vanvitelliana.
Through the explanations of an expert guide and the magnificent verses of the Baroque poet Giambattista Basile, the visitors will be accompanied in a fascinating theatrical path between the stories, the dialogues and the monologues taken from "Lo cunto de li cunti", directed by Gaetano Basile and in collaboration with the associations Ditirambo and Sinergie Campane.
