The Mayor of the city of Naples, Gaetano Manfredi, has announced a new ordinance that will concern the regulation of closing times of night clubs.
The decision was taken following the meeting that Manfredi had with the Provincial Committee for Public Order and Security, with the prefect Claudio Palomba.
What worries the mayor of Naples are the gatherings that occur in some places over the weekend which very often require the intervention of the police to check drug dealing phenomena.
In the next few days, therefore, the ordinance should be signed.
At what time they will have to close the premises in Naples
With this new ordinance yes establishes the closing time for the premises in Naples, time that will be different for public holidays and weekdays.
Indeed:
- during the week the closing time is 01:00;
- while on the weekend it is at 02:00
The music will have to be turned off starting from midnight and on the program there are also restrictions on the sale of alcoholic beverages.
When it comes into effect
This ordinance, when signed, will then actually come into force from next weekend and there will be even more checks by the police between 00:00 and 03:00.
The controls are used to ensure that the new rules are respected and will also concern the cleaning of spaces and the limitation of music.
