Strong limits to ceremonies and parties in Campania with the new anti-Covid measures of the Region.
EXPLANATION: following requests for clarification from those who had already organized parties and ceremonies for a long time, the Region specified the following.
- With exclusive reference to parties and receptions already organized and scheduled until 4 October 2020, without prejudice to the obligation to comply with the aforementioned precautionary measures, the indicated numerical limit does not operate where the event takes place in a static form (with only pre-assigned seats), with the exclusion of buffets. The composition of the individual tables must include the participation of only relatives;
- The numerical limit of 20 participants provided for by the Ordinance it does not apply to religious celebrations, for which specific provisions are dictated for carrying out safely in the Protocol attached to the Prime Ministerial Decree of 7 August 2020;
- The aforementioned maximum limit of 20 participants refers to the performance of individual parties or receptions and does not constitute a limitation to the "covers" of the catering establishments intended for ordinary users.

Besides limit nightlife in Campania, the ordinance n.75 from the Region also provides for a strong stop to parties and ceremonies.
In fact, one of the drastic measures involves the limitation of the number of people present at parties and ceremonies to a maximum of 20. This applies to every single event and, of course, all the other anti-Covid measures provided for by the various protocols, such as the social distancing and the obligation to wear a mask when required by law.
We know that the gatherings are one of the main causes of the spread of Coronavirus, therefore the measures to limit the nightlife and gatherings at parties are part of the intention to avoid the formation of these large crowds in the streets and indoors.
These measures are effective immediately until 7 October 2020.
We point out that it continues to be mandatory wear the mask on board the means of transport.
