Strong blow to the nightlife with the new ordinance of the Campania Region to fight against the spread of Covid-19!

Published a new ordinance by the Campania region, number 75, which aims to greatly limit the movida and to give one lash also at parties and ceremonies always to limit the contagion from Coronavirus.

After the high numbers of infections in the region at the end of September, which are worth us the record of infections in proportion to the swabs carried out, the President of the Region Vincenzo De Luca has decided to intervene even harder.

Blow to the nightlife: the prohibitions

From 29 September to 7 October 2020, the new ordinance provides that from 22.00 there is a ban on selling alcoholic beverages with take-away of all grades and vending machines cannot be kept running. Alcoholic beverages can continue to be sold at the counter and at the tables, always maintaining the mandatory distance and respecting all protocols. Premises that cannot guarantee compliance with these measures must close at 22.00.

Furthermore, from 22.00 am to 6.00 pm alcoholic beverages cannot be consumed in public areas and open to the public, including municipal parks, villas and areas facing bars and public places.

It remains the obligation for the managers of restaurants and similar businesses to identify at least one person per table or by group of customers, keeping the data of the identity document.

Recall that it is also mandatory wear the mask on means of transport.
