The obligation to wear a mask on means of transport in Campania remains confirmed, under penalty of penalties and the obligation to get off.
According to the new ordinance n.75 of the Campania Region, it remains the obligation to wear a mask to get on and stay on board the means of transport. Obligation already foreseen for months, but which is reaffirmed in the new ordinance.
Therefore, the ban on going up without a mask will be punished with a sanction e the invitation to get off the vehicle immediately. This is what the Crisis Unit declares in a note since the aim is to limit the infection from Covid-19 as much as possible and not respecting these rules only leads to greater risks.
Getting on board a means of transport without the appropriate protective devices is irresponsible and risky behavior. If the passenger without a mask refuses to get off, the bus or train will be blocked and theintervention of the police.
The measures are effective immediately until 7 October 2020.
