Festivals of Liberi 2022: the parties not to be missed with excellent food throughout the summer
In Liberi, in province of Caserta, another appointment with the tasty festivals that delight us every weekend.
In this days there will be the festival on Brazilian picanha churrasco.

Festival of Ancient Flavors in Gioia Sannitica (CE)
This famous festival is now in its 23rd edition and will let us taste it for several days, until mid-August many local products: mixed roasts, tripe, sautéed, aubergines, stuffed peppers, porchetta, abbuoti, kebabs, cured meats, typical Matese cheeses, homemade fried pizzas and bruschetta.
There will be wine and craft beer.
Paparuolo 'mbuttito festival - San Martino Sannita (BN)
On 13 August in San Martino Sannita this festival reaches its 28th edition. The “Paparulo 'mbuttito” is a typical dish whose filling is made from stale breadcrumbs and it's a really tasty dish.
On these evenings there will also be events with many guests, music and group dances.
You can also taste: the "Farzora" which is made up of pork, lard, pickled peppers and potatoes; the orecchiette with tracchie sauce; the panini with sausage, fried potatoes and of course wine and beer.
Ciammarruchiello Festival in Buonalbergo (BN)
It is in its 49th edition, a great achievement for the Sagra de lo Ciammarruchiello, which is simply a snail typical of the area. They are collected by local young people and then cooked with cecatielli, a type of handmade pasta (cavatelli).
