Over the weekend from April to 29 1 May 2022 the Paestum Artichoke Festival and the Street Food Festival in Caserta are back, but there will also be the Pastry Grand Prix and days dedicated to taste workshops.

In Roscigno Vecchia, in the province of Salerno, wild asparagus is celebrated with a tasty menu that includes:

4Grand Prix of Pastry in Castellammare di Stabia
The first Edition of the “Pastry Grand Prix” from 28 April to 1 May 2022.
It is dedicated to traditional sweets, but in general it wants to promote the excellence of Campania from gastronomy to fashion, up to crafts, culture and tourism.
On the program there are competitions for master pastry chefs, Hotel School Students, Housewives and for boaters, as well as stands for excellent tastings. There will be conferences and rides for children.
5Taste workshops in the Archaeological Park of Herculaneum
The taste workshops in the Herculaneum Archaeological Park are organized in collaboration with Slow Food Vesuvio in the Maiuri Park with a series of appointments between April and May.
On May Day, the theme will be Vesuvius broad beans and these are thematic meetings with expert growers and producers.
