Food stands, exhibitions and entertainment at the Divin Castagne 2016 event in Sant'Antonio Abate.
From the 28 31 October 2016 the festival returns to Sant'Antonio Abate Divin chestnuts.
The event will be structured in two moments of the day: the morning will be dedicated to schools, with outdoor educational workshops on the knowledge of local products for elementary school pupils in Sant'Antonio Abate and neighboring cities, while in the evening there will be space for entertainment and tasting of typical dishes and wine.
The menu will be varied and tasty with the possibility to choose between 4 first, 4 seconds, 6 sweets and original gourmet sandwiches. In addition, chefs and sommeliers of the Corte dei Vini will guide us to the discovery of a great variety of wines, accompanied by particular finger food.
At the same time, aMycological exposure, on the world of mushrooms and a food stand and a demonstration / exhibition of the Consorzio del Provolone del Monaco.
An appointment dedicated to the exploration of Campania and territorial products, with a cognitive path from birth, analyzing the nutritional and organoleptic properties, up to the tasting experience.
