in newsstands in Naples, from Tuesday 29 March 2022, they will be able to request several digital certificates without having to go to the municipal offices.
There are 30 newsstands that will offer this service and thus become more smart and digital with a new modern and current service.
The inauguration took place at a newsstand in via Scarlatti al Vomero together with the mayor Gaetano Manfredi and the Municipal Councilor for Productive Activities, Teresa Amato.
The digitization of services
This initiative is a fundamental step towards a digitalization of services which will have to be more and more widespread and newsstands will also do their part.
They will become real telematic kiosks assuming the fundamental function of support places for citizens who need certain services.
It will surely be a very important help for those who are not comfortable with digital technology: by going to the newsstands they will be able to access the necessary services more easily.
Also, in a moment of economic crisis which has also been hitting newsstands for years, the latter could start to recover with this new initiative.
Which certificates can be printed
Basically, at the newsstands that offer this service it will be possible to receive a print of a document from the Municipality.
Specifically, the following certificates can be requested:
- Certificate of residence;
- Certificate of citizenship;
- Certificate of existence in life;
- Certificate of Family status;
- Birth certificate;
- Birth certificate;
- Marriage certificate;
- Marriage extract.
The price of the service
To be able to use the service, the price is only 1,50 € in addition to the payment of the revenue stamp, if required.
