The first advances on Summer in Naples 2015, the festival with dozens of events, concerts, shows, exhibitions, theater, cinema and much more in the city!
Also this year the summer festival returns that will allow us to participate in dozens of events in the city. With Summer in Naples 2015 not only citizens will have fun choosing between numerous alternatives of all kinds, but also tourists will have the opportunity to experience the city in a different way.
The program of events is still being defined, but the initiative will certainly include the organization of shows, concerts, film events, dance, ,, exhibitions, meetings, debates, reading and so much more that we will be able to discover as soon as possible.
The locations
Summer in Naples 2015 will take place between July e September, for three months intense and full of appointments.
At the moment the locations that will host the numerous initiatives, the most representative and suggestive venues in the city, are already known.
They are the following:
- Casina Pompeiana, in the Villa Comunale (capacity: 80 people)
- Atrium of the Palace of the Arts of Naples (capacity: 99 people)
- Courtyard of the Monumental Complex of San Domenico Maggiore (capacity: 99 people)
- Courtyard of Castel Nuovo (Male Angevin)
- Piazza Forcella
Prices
The announcement published by the Municipality shows that the entries to events will also be quite cheap, to make the event accessible to all. Tickets they will not cost more than 20 € and a free amount will be provided for social purposes.
Valorization of heritage
Every 2015 Summer appointment in Naples will not only be a time for social aggregation, but will want to enhance the immense historical heritage, artistic and social of the city. Furthermore, young people will be particularly involved and the purpose will also be to animate the city's places, such as the periphery, rich in unexpressed cultural potential.
The subjects (companies, associations, organizations, consortia, foundations) who want to put forward their proposals to create events in the context of Summer 2015 in Naples, must send their application respecting the requirements required by the announcement.
