Art, music and nature at the Museum and in the Capodimonte Wood for the long weekend of 25 April 2017!
From Saturday 22 to Tuesday 25 April 2017, il Museum of Capodimone and Real Bosco present a wide cultural offer ranging from arte, music, equestrian galas and nature.
Among the numerous events we report The music tells Picasso, Curata from Music Conservatory of San Pietro a Majella, through which the feelings, encounters and moods that the Spanish painter felt during his stay in Naples will be told, also taken from the exhibition Picasso and Naples: Parade.
For lovers of Neapolitan translational music, there will be performances by musicians, singers, dancers of folk dances, fantasists and puppeteers selected for the Naples Street Parade review by MusiCapodimonte.
Instead, the Real Bosco di Capodimonte will host the equestrian games of riders and amazons and dances of ladies and cyclists of the demonstratione At the Court of the King.
Also, included in the museum ticket, you can visit the Show Sensitive Encounters (until 17 June) and participate in the guided tour A Monuments Man for Capodimonte, the story about the exciting recovery carried out by the scholar secret agent Rodolfo Siviero dei Neapolitan art masterpieces expropriated by the Nazis.
To celebrate the Earth Day, Saturday 22 April, in the Wood of Capodimonte, you can admire 400 different plant species among woods, spots, prairies and natural valleys, heritage protected by UNESCO.
