A journey to discover the figure of Giuseppe Moscati with a guided tour of the places where he worked: the Museum of Sanitary Arts and the Historical Pharmacy of the Complex of Incurables.
Sunday March 4 2018 come back to the Pharmacy of the Incurables of Naples the theatrical guided tour Giuseppe Moscati, a flash in the eternal, dedicated to the famous "holy" doctor Giuseppe Moscati, on the occasion of the 90 years since his death.
The guided tour, organized by the NarteA cultural association, will be held in the places in Naples where he himself worked: the Museum of Health Arts, where an entire floor is dedicated to the Saint of medicine, and at the Historical pharmacy of the Complex of Incurables.
To guide the participants to the visit in the beautiful environments where the doctor of the poor worked, will be the volunteer doctors of the Association Il faro d'Ippocrate. The show is written and directed by Febo Quercia and performed by Raffaele Ausiello, Annalisa Director, Peppe Romano and Katia Tannoia.
Giuseppe Moscati is considered a great innovator of medicine and the guided tour will be an unmissable opportunity to know and deepen his story of this man who has dedicated his entire life to the care and assistance of the sick and the poor, also making important discoveries in the field of scientific research.
He he was proclaimed Saint in the 1987, thanks to his great daily commitment to the sick and the poor and to the courage shown in extreme circumstances, such as the eruption of Vesuvius or the cholera epidemic that devastated Naples in the 1911.
