Theatrical tribute to the "doctor of the poor" Giuseppe Moscati with a guided tour of the places where he worked: the Museum of Sanitary Arts and the historic Pharmacy of the Complex of the Incurables.
Sunday November 26 2017 a special will be held guided tour to pay homage to the "holy" doctor Giuseppe Moscati, 90 years after his death, which will take place in two beautiful places in Naples where he operated the "doctor of the poor": the Museum of Health Arts, where an entire plan is dedicated to the saint of medicine, and the Historical pharmacy of the Complex of Incurables.
The theatrical visit, entitled Giuseppe Moscati, a flash in the eternal, is curated by the cultural association NarteA, texts and direction are edited by Febo Quercia while the volunteer doctors of the Il faro d'Ippocrate Association will guide visitors to the two museums.

The show on stage in the Pharmacy of the Incurable and in the Museum of the Sanitary Arts will be an unmissable opportunity to know and deepen the historical figure of Giuseppe Moscati, a man of science and charity who he dedicated his life to the care and assistance of the sick and the poor, also making important discoveries in the field of scientific research.
Moscati it is in fact still considered today a great innovator of medicine and it was also proclaimed Saint in November 1987, thanks to the courage shown both in extreme circumstances, such as the eruption of Vesuvius or the cholera epidemic that ravaged the city of Naples in 1911, but above all for the daily and selfless commitment in favor of the sick and poor.
His life was, unfortunately, very short because he died, just 46 years because of a sudden illness, on the chair of the 12 1927 April. His death was described and consecrated to eternity with these words: "Today, Naples has lost a great doctor, but the poor have lost everything".
