Beer, sausage, pretzels and music at the Bavarian Festival with the Porchetta Festival in Visciano!
30 from July to August 4 2016, the municipality of Visciano, in the province of Naples, will host the Bavarian Festival and the Sagra della Porchetta.
The town, with its beautiful hills, will turn into a miniature Munich and will be set up several food stands where you can taste the typical German culinary specialties as rotewurst, brezel, sauerkraut, kartoffeln, leberkase, roasted chickens, donuts and the authentic pork knuckle prepared with spices.
The appetizing dishes will be accompanied by rivers of beer, served in the characteristic jugs by 1 liter and quickly tapped to always be drunk fresh. The event will also be the entertainment scenario, with nice gadgets, folk music, group dances and you cannot miss the joy and a great desire to party all together.
The organization is managed by Francesco Foglia who has further improved the quality of the event, which many people enthusiastically participated in.
