On 17 and 18 June, along the Via Vittorio Emanuele, the programming continues with another unmissable gastronomic appointment of the Sagre di Liberi 2023: the Hanged Caciocavallo Festival.
This festival celebrates a deeply rooted and at the same time innovative tradition, typical of cuisines of Southern Italy. The custom of hanging the caciocavallo gives life to a delicious dish.
The evenings will be animated by music and dances characteristic, Latin American and group, making the event even more lively (even one day more than in previous editions!).
