The 2018 Chocolate Festival returns to Caserta for the third edition with master chocolatiers, cakes and show cooking dedicated to the most delicious food of all
From 5 to January 7 2018 Will be held at Caserta la Artisan Chocolate Festival. This is the third edition of the festival dedicated to cocoa, chocolate, glaze and methods of preparation of different desserts.
A program really in which thanks to the art of Chocolatiers masters you can watch the preparation of desserts, in particular of the nougat, the tablets, the glazes and the decoration of excellent chocolate cakes, the absolute protagonist of the 3 days. There will be cooking show and lots of activities for the little ones with workshops like the Baby Chocolab to learn how to make chocolates and tablets. A really tasty appointment for everyone.

- 18:00 The queen of delicacies: the spreadable cream, tasting test
- 19:30 Mirror glaze and plastic chocolate curated by V. Cappiello, Cappiello pastry shop
January 7 2018:
- 16:30 chocolate cake decorations by Aniello Di Caprio, Lombardi Pasticceri
- 18:00 Chocolate restaurant, “Chocolate… an emotion in the kitchen” by Nando Melileo
