The history of Croccantino
It began in 1800, thanks to Cav. Innocenzo Borrillo, innovator of confectionery of San Marco dei Cavoti. His intuition? Combine almonds e hazelnuts with sugar and cocoa. From here the first version of the nougat was born kisses. In 1891, other local confectioners created the Crunchy sammarchese, covered with chocolate dark. The original recipe is kept alive in the town's artisan workshops, a true treasure of authentic flavors appreciated in Italy and abroad.

This year, the magic is renewed! There Festa del Torrone and Croccantino is ready to amaze again. Two weekends, 7-10 and 16-17 December, to immerse yourself in a world of sweetness.
