The Gragnano Pasta Festival 2019: at the end of September culture, gastronomy and Renzo Arbore in concert.
Famous for its renowned production of pasta of the highest quality, Gragnano is ready to inaugurate the 2019 Pasta Festival: from 28 at the 29 September the city will be filled with taste and music.
The agricultural and industrial fabric of Gragnano is now one with the production and processing of the wheat from which the famous Gragnano pasta is obtained. The ancient pasta processing techniques this year will be revealed thanks to organized visits to pasta factories of the territory and the pasta masters will illustrate the various stages of production of the most famous pasta shapes of Campania.
It will also be possible to visit the Valle dei Mulini, walking along the pedestrian path from Via del Presepe wine to the recently restored Mulino Castello.
But the heart of the event is Street Pasta, or the tasting of four typical dishes based on pasta that will take a long time Via Roma.
At the conclusion of the event will be held on concert by Renzo Arbore with the Italian Orchestra, in a location equipped with maxischermo and well 4.000 seats.
