From the 23 28 November 2021 the awaited appointment with Remote Future, or the great science festival that was born from an idea of the physicist Victor Silvestrini.
Specifically, it will be City of Science in Naples to welcome the XXXV edition of the event which will have as its central theme that of Transitions, speaking of science and its importance on life and the environment.
This new appointment was made possible thanks to the support of Campania region, of the seven universities of Campania, thanks to theNational Institute of Astrophysics, the Regional School Office and the CNR.
The program of the 2021 edition is really rich, in fact there will be 396 events, of which 178 will be present and 218 remotely, 10 exhibitions ranging from astronomy to botany and biology, from mathematics to physics and chemistry.

23 November
09:00 inauguration of the event with ribbon cutting with the Minister of the University and Research Maria Cristina Messa.
25 November
At 09:15 am connection with Italy Dirigible Station. Researchers from the Institute of Polar Sciences talk to high school students in Città della Scienza to illustrate the consequences of climate change.
26 November
- At 10:30 am The alien blue crab invades the Mediterranean gourmet cuisine. The researchers illustrate the blue crab and the problems surrounding the invasions of alien species in the Mediterranean. During the event a chef prepares dishes based on blue crab.
- At 12:00 Novel foods: le jellyfish as a new food resource.
- At 16:00 Blade Runner: transitions between memory, identity and the future.

How to participate
Participation in the event Remote Future è Delivery to Italy takes one or two business days but it is only allowed to booked. Therefore, you will have to carry out the booking on the official website of Futuro Remoto, choosing the day and the event you want to participate in.
Obviously, the entrance to the Planetarium and the Body Museum will be excluded, for which there is a specific entrance ticket.
Mandatory Green Pass
In order to take part in the events organized for Futuro Remoto 2021 it will be necessary to have the Green pass.
