Walks, events and exquisite tastings in Naples with the National Urban Trekking Day 2015!
La National Day of Urban Trekking 2015 will be held on 31 October and it will also involve Napoli with all its artistic and cultural heritage. Furthermore, in our city there will be many events during the course of November, involving three weekends until November 15.
An edition that promises to be a record because 50 cities of art will participate and takes place in the year of the Expo, the great event dedicated to food, and will be an opportunity to discover typical products of 19 Italian regions. In fact, this year's title is "Food for the soul, food for the body”And the program will be full of events that will allow everyone to visit the most evocative places in each city with walks that will combine history, , culture e food and wine products. At the end of each path we will stop to taste typical foods and Naples is among the cities that offers a lot from this point of view.
What is urban trekking
Urban trekking is an activity that combines sport, art and taste and that allows you to visit the most hidden and curious places of the following cities paths characterized by strong slopes of ground and stairways. It's a kind of tourism "vagabonding", Suitable for everyone and, in addition to bringing wellbeing to the body, it is also good for the city, especially because it decunes from the traffic.
It is not necessary a perfect physical form or a preventive training because the walks and organized itineraries are suitable for all ages and have even very low levels of difficulty.
