Evening openings at 1 euro, events, exhibitions and guided tours with the European Heritage Days in Naples!
Le European Heritage Days they were promoted by the Council of Europe and the European Commission in 1991 with the aim of enhancing cultural exchange between European nations. This year they will take place on the weekend of 24 and 25 September 2016, of course also to Napoli.
In addition to the morning openings, the initiative also includes extraordinary evening openings (from 20.00 to 23.00) to cost of € 1, only for the September 24 Day. Instead, for Sunday 25 September the times and costs will be the ordinary ones.
The European Heritage Days involve state and non-state cultural sites such as galleries, civic museums, municipalities, foundations and private associations, offering a very wide cultural and artistic offer.
This year's theme is dedicated to participation in heritage and in the many art places, including museums, events will be organized to enhance their works and collections. Participants, among others, the San Pietro a Majella Conservatory, archaeological Museum, Castel dell'Ovo, Castel Sant'Elmo, Certosa di San Martino.
