In the suggestive Ercolano Archaeological Park the special initiative restarts Fridays in Herculaneum, or wonderful guided evening tours that will be dedicated to the mythological figure of Hercules. The appointments will take place from 6 August to 24 September 2021.
The review is part of the MIC 2021 Enhancement Plan, in collaboration with the Campania Region and included in the program of appointments of Campania By Night organized by SCABEC.
The shows of Tableaux Vivants
Every Friday, from 6 August to 24 September 2021, you can take part in the evening visits to the Archaeological Park of Herculaneum, with entrance from Corso Resina. It will be a truly suggestive experience in fact the site will be illuminated with projections of some painting masterpieces of the archaeological site.
To make everything even more engaging there will be Tableaux Vivants which will focus on Hercules, or the hero from which the name of the city originates.
The visits will start at 20:00 every 10 minutes, with a maximum of 18 visits per evening. In compliance with all anti-Covid 19 regulations, the groups of people who will be able to participate in turn will be 15. It will be necessary to use masks and respect the distancing.
How to participate
To participate you will need to purchase a ticket from the cost of 5 euros, or reduced to 2,50 euros. It will be possible to buy tickets up to 18:00 on the day of the visit, either online, at the site indicated in the mirror or directly at the ticket office of the archaeological site.
All tickets not sold at 18:00 can be purchased at the park ticket office, subject to availability.
The holders of the season ticket One day one year will be able to enter for free. Advance sales are also mandatory for those who use the free ticket.
Visitors in wheelchairs can book a visit by sending an email at the address indicated in the mirror a week before, indicating the day and time chosen. For cars, it will be possible to take advantage of the parcheggio both at Rodinò school and at the Iovino Scotellaro school.
