The MANN and the Madre Museum in Naples illuminate the historic center with 60 works
The National Archaeological Museum of Naples together with the Madre Museum illuminate the historic center with the most beautiful works of art from their collections!
Starting from 30 December 2020 and until 10 January 2021, every day from sunset until 22:00, on MANN, That is, the National archeologic museum of Naples together with Mother Museum they will create a suggestive show, projecting images of theirs on their entrance doors most beautiful works, will be about 60.
This initiative was born to celebrate the agreement that the two museums have signed, it is one three-year collaboration and this year they will give life to a special project that will have as its central theme Mediterranean.
The new project will be presented to the public at the reopening of the Museums, which we remember being closed due to the anti-Covid 19 regulations. In the meantime, the two Museums offer citizens a truly exciting show, also activating a social campaign with the logo Mann / Mother / 2021 / for art.
60 works projected in the historic center of Naples
The historic center of Naples will be a triumph of beauty and art thanks to the suggestive initiative of the two museums which are about 800 meters away from each other. In fact, they will be projected onto their entrance doors the most beautiful works part of their collections.
So all MANN archeology masterpieces, such as Toro Farnese, Venus Callipygia and then again the Battle of Issus, Flora, the Mazzocchi Horse and others will enter into communication with the works of contemporary art kept in Madre Museum.
