The Galleria del Tempo at the Royal Palace of Naples, a multimedia exhibition on the history of the city

In the Bourbon Stables of the Royal Palace of Naples, which recently underwent restoration, a special exhibition space of well 1800 square meters.

Right here you will find the so-called Time gallery a wonderful permanent exhibition that will catapult the visitor on a journey through the 2500 years of the history of the city of Naples, between the Angevin and Aragonese courts.

It will therefore be a real museum, which will tell through images and archaeological finds found during the excavations of the yards for the metro, including temples and finds of Roman ships, many curiosities.

The characters of the story

To make the path even more engaging for those who explore it there will also be the multimedia representation of characters belonged to the various historical periods of Naples and which have made history, or kings, queens, artists, painters, poets and many others who will dialogue with each other.

Extracts from cinematic masterpieces for the period of the twentieth century and the path will end with the re-enactment of the sounds and colors of a traditional alley of Naples.
