Leguminosa 2016 arrives in Naples with a big exhibition on the legumes enriched by workshops and showcooking!

Back to Napoli the Slow Food presidium with the event legume, which will take place in the central Piazza Dante from the 4 6 March 2016.

The event will be all about vegetable, essential foods in the diet of individuals so as to induce the FAO to declare 2016 the yearInternational Year of Legumes. Rich in minerals, fibers, vitamins and trace elements, they bring numerous benefits to the body.

With Leguminosa, a big one will be set up trade show in which legumes and legumes will be exposed as beans, Fava beans, peas, lentils and cicierchie. All this will be accompanied by the organization of workshops, conferences, show cooking, workshops and meetings with experts.

The idea behind the event is not just to create a temporary event, but to be able to complete a constant project.
