The Lemon Night in Maiori is an event to recall the traditions of the past and enjoy products made with lemons!
Il Lemon Night will be held on 20 and August 21th, 2016 al Borgo San Pietro a Maiori. This event, now in its third edition, was created to enhance the Lemon;, main product of our land.
You can play one gastronomic and theatrical path through the alleys of the village and watch the representation that evokes the ancient traditions of the territory entitled "Memories of a traveler" by J. Wolfgang von Goethe, interpreted by the "Atellana" Cultural Artistic Association
They will be set up for the occasion eight stands, each of which will propose a dish or a product based on lemons. Below, the products offered.

- the lemon ice cream of the Regina Bar
- an assortment of lemon cakes from the Bella Napoli artisan pastry
- a tasting of lemon liqueurs from the companies "La Valle dei Mulini Amalfi" and "Terra di limoni"
- fresh fruit
- Kepurp by chef Ciro Salatiello with lemon-flavored black rice accompanied by a Greco Perlage from Cantina Montesole
- Antonio Amato's pennette with potato consistency, provola sauce from the dairy company "La Tramontina" and Sfusato Amalfitano cream
- O 'cuopp with anchovies, squid, prawns and seaweed pancakes selected by the Salerno company "Fiordicosta", seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon
For those who do not tolerate the gluten an appropriate menu will be available.
