At the European Market in Salerno, stands from all over Europe with the best of street food and crafts.
From 14 to 17 on April 2017 on Lungomare Marconi in Salerno will be held on European market with exhibitors from all over the continent. The event is organized by Anva (National Association of Commerce on Public Areas), in collaboration with the territorial office of Salerno, with the aim of transform markets into natural shopping centers.
For three days during the Easter period you can make a journey through the ancient flavors while tasting the traditional dishes of the popular cuisine and street food. The exhibitors will bring the specialties of their lands, for example the German beer, the Austrian strudel, the freshly baked hot pretzels, the Gulaschsuppe, the fine meats of the Polish grill, the paella or products grown in Greece.
And, in order not to make us miss, nothing there will also be extra-European products like those from the Mexican cuisine prepared by the chefs of Mexican Taqueria, and by the Argentine cuisine of Gauchitos. The event will be attended by the Finnish and Italian delegations who will present the best products ofhandicraft regional areas including Basilicata, Calabria, Puglia, Sicily, Tuscany and Val d'Aosta.
The aim is to transform markets into natural shopping centers, to link the professionalism of the operator with the needs of the consumer.
