Corbara and Corbarino: the 15th edition of the event

Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 July 2023 at the Borgo Sala, the Historic Center of Corbara, in the province of Salerno, the appointment with the fifteenth edition of the event will take place Corbara and the Corbarino - If he eats, if he dances and if he drinks o' wine… tammorra, tarantella and cherry tomatoes.

The event is organized by the Pro Loco of Corbara and will offer all guests the opportunity to stroll through the narrow streets, courtyards and gardens of the Borgo Sala and to taste all the dishes on offer.

Corbarino tomato tasting

At the center of the event there will obviously be the famous Corbarino tomato with an intense red color and a typical elongated shape. The cherry tomato will be proposed in different ways and each dish will have a different and special taste. In fact, various points will be set up where you can taste several dishes.

They will be there Caponata al Corbarino, Spaghetti with Scarperiello, sausage sandwich and Corbarino and much more that we are not revealing yet.

Music and entertainment

Of course, popular music will not be missing to cheer up the two days and there will also be traditional on Sunday 16 July angel's descent. It is a centennial representation that you cannot miss.
