After a long period of stop imposed by the pandemic, a new edition of the long-awaited is back Artisan Pasta Festival. The appointment will take place from Friday 21 to Sunday 23 July 2023 at Omignano Scalo, a small town in the province of Salerno.
The eighteenth edition of the event will finally allow all citizens and all those who want to know the traditions of this place to participate in the event and to taste excellent first courses, whose pasta is skilfully handmade by local housewives according to tradition.
The dishes to taste at the Festival
During the event, organized by Pro Loco Omignano Scalo, you can taste many and excellent dishes all handmade, such as:
- cavatelli
- Fusilli
- Ravioli
There will also be roasts and much more. All dishes will be accompanied byexcellent local wine. The appointment will be at the Primary School and the stands that will be set up will open for all three evenings starting at 21:00. Obviously admission will be free. Don't miss the appointment!
