Naples Metro, the Museo / Cavour corridor reopens between lines 1 and 2

There comes another communication from ANM, the Neapolitan Mobility Company, and concerns the metro line 1. On Friday 15 April 2022 the Museum / Cavour corridor will be reopened to the public which allows the connection between metro line 1 and metro line 2.

Indeed, thanks to this underground passage, those who get off at the Museum stop of metro line 1 can easily reach the Cavour stop of metro line 2, staying inside the station, without going outside. Of course, the reverse is also true for those who want to reach the Museo station from the Cavour station.

Using the TIC ticket, which would be the integrated ticket valid for all means of transport, you can get on both trains.

The exits still closed

ANM has announced that the second exits of the Montecalvario, Montedonzelli - Via dell'Erba, Rione Alto II, Salvator Rosa stations (Battistello Caracciolo).

At the moment, in fact, they are still closed.

Early closure of metro line 1

Recall that today 14th April the metro line 1 carries out early closure for verification work on the line.

We also remember that currently, with the end of the state of emergency, the capacity aboard the trains returned to Present in several = 100%. On board the trains and in the stations it is still mandatory to use the mask, but the Green Pass is no longer required.
