From Friday 8 to Sunday 10 September 2023 The Magic of the Elements will arrive in Praiano, in the province of Salerno, with a new appointment with Namaste Praiano. Holistic Oasis, we are talking about the first yoga and meditation festival in Italy.
It will be a special experience, dedicated to inner well-being, which will give you moments of relaxation and greater awareness of your body and mind, all of which will obviously take place in the magical setting of the Amalfi coast.
The program is really full of events, with sessions of:
- Feldenkrais method
- YangYin Yoga
- Vinyasa Yoga
- Meridian stretching
- Kundalini Yoga
- Hatha Yoga
- Anukalana Yoga with Hang Drum and Yoshime.
