Dozens of screenings, competitions, prizes and meetings at the Naples Film Festival 2016!
From September 26 to October 2 2016 the film festival returns Naples Film Festival which will take place in some public spaces such as the Metropolitan Cinema, PAN | Palace of the Arts, Institut Français, Instituto Cervantes and Cinema Posillipo.
During the event there will be meetings, reviews and previews. The The theme of this edition is the "border", between escape from war and emigration, and will participate in the international competition Europe & Mediterranean, five European films that will compete for the Vesuvio Award.
The will also be assigned "Next Award!”Which will guarantee the best film to be distributed by LAB 80 films in the main cinemas and the Augustus Color Award which will allow the printing of 5 copies in DCP format for each winner and thanks to the support of the online newspaper Cinemaitaliano.info, the documentary selected by the editorial staff will have the production of a DVD and its distribution for home video.
Finally Diregiovani will assign the Young Visions Award to the most original work that contains elements of information, a communicative narrative language and effectiveness of the didactic message transmitted.
