Napoli it does not offer very many green areas and the few that exist often fail to meet the needs of all citizens, above all, but not only, due to the distances. The Park of the Camaldoli it has always been a local excellence, but for too long it has been in a total state of abandonment and consequently it has been closed to the public.
Recall that the park matters 140 hectares of land, essentially the largest park in Italy. An area dedicated to adults, children and our 4-legged friends, full of chestnut trees.
An agreement was signed between the City of Naples and the administrative body of Park of the Hills of Naples for reopening. They have been programmed interventions recovery, maintenance and pruning, all to restore the walks in this wonderful green area. The Municipality allocates one million and eight hundred thousand euros to the project, the park of the hills four hundred thousand euros. One-year agreement and with the possibility of being renewed.

When does the Camaldoli Park open?
