Friday November 4, 2022 there will be the last appointment not to be missed with evening walks to the Archaeological Park of Pompeii. In particular, these special night visits will start at 20:00 and end at 23:00 with last admission at 22:00 and will have a special cost of 5 euros.
The path of night walks
If you have never visited the Pompeii Archaeological Park in the evening, with the evocative and magical atmosphere of the moonlight, then November 4th will be the right occasion. The visit will follow a specific path, that is it will start from Porta Marina and arrive at the monumental area of the Civil Forum, where all the most important buildings for commercial activities are located.
In addition to the lighting, to make the visit even more special and evocative, there will also be an artistic sound intervention by Invernomuto that starting from the work Black Med POMPE II created a sound installation created specifically for the evening.
Furthermore, a video by the artist Giovanna Silva, in collaboration with Giacomo Bianco, will be projected on the internal side wall of the Basilica. It will be a selection of 90 photos taken during the Pandemic.
The evening will end with a visit to theantiquarium inside which there are finds that tell the story of Pompeii.
