The White Night of Salerno will last for two days this year, with many events, shows and guests!
On the weekend of 22 and 23 October 2016 will host the White Night in Salerno, organized by Cidec and the municipal administration.
The event will affect the eastern area and the city center and will see the participation of many famous guests such as the maestro Vince Tempera, whose concert will open the doors of the kermesse. There will also be the singer Mietta and Neapolitan rapper Ntò. Furthermore, thematic stages will be set up for the traditional music and folk dances.
The stages
On the two evenings, the boxes will be located in the following places: on October 15 in Piazza Mons. Grasso in Mercatello, Piazza della Libertà in Pastena and Piazza G. Gloriosi in Torrione and animations and shows also in the other streets and squares. On Sunday 16 October, however, they will be in piazza Portanova, corso Vittorio Emanuele and piazza Ferrovia.
During the event, the “Luciano Schiavone White Night Week-End Salerno 2016 Award” will be awarded to the successful actors Paolo Gasparini and Pascal Persiani, both from Salerno.
For fans of Table football, in the afternoon of October 15th there will be the opportunity to play in a tournament and challenge many other fans.
The event aims to increase the city trade through the influx of tourists who will be able to take advantage of services and commercial establishments that will guarantee extraordinary night openings.
