Definitely i best places to observe shooting stars are the darkest ones, therefore we advise you to look for a place that is not affected too much by the pollution of the city. You can also try it by the sea, for example in Pozzuoli, or in places like Parco del Poggio or Camaldoli.
One of the best areas is that of Varcaturo and we advise you to participate in the event Lido Gallo where the Neapolitan Amateur Astronomers Union will be a guest with telescope stations to make those who participate also observe Jupiter and Saturn.
