Concerts of jazz music and Neapolitan songs, stargazing and visits to the Museum to celebrate the arrival of summer!

La summer is officially coming and the 21 June 2015 we will celebrate the arrival of the summer solstice.

The definitive entry in the summer will be celebrated with different events, such as the one organized on the Vesuvio between stories of myths, walks, sips of good wine.

even the Museum of the Sea of ​​Pozzuoli, however, he decided to celebrate the arrival of this season with an evening of interesting events, both musical and astronomical, entitled "Magical night of the summer solstice".
In fact, we will be able to listen to an evocative one concert in which songs from the repertoire of classical jazz and Neapolitan music will be performed, but also to conclude with a flourish observing the celestial vault thanks to the collaboration with the Neapolitan Amateur Astronomers Union.

In addition, one will also be provided visit inside the Museum discovering the original objects and machinery that it contains.

Magic Night Program of the Summer Solstice

  • 18,30 Hours Visit the Sea Museum
  • Hours 19,30 concert by Sara Grieco accompanied by the guitarist Francesco Esposito: repertoire that includes song from the classics of N. King Cole (Tenderly, Love) to the Neapolitan music of Roberto Murolo (Passion, Era de Maggio) with refined and refined arrangements united by romanticism
  • 21,00 hours: buffet waiting for the darkness of the night
  • 21,30 Hours: observations of the celestial vault with the telescopes made available by the AAMM and the UAN, in collaboration with the Neapolitan Astrophiles Union. Participation is free.
