Born in Caserta a new Stadium, thanks to the agreement signed between the Fondo "10Stadi" and the temporary grouping of companies (Rti) made up of Aurora Immobiliare, Casertana FC and Consorzio Stabile Santa Rita.
In particular, the new stadium will arise from the redevelopment of the "Alberto Pinto" stadium in Caserta which was only possible thanks to a simplification and regulatory innovations introduced by the Stadia Law.
How long will the works take?
After winning the tender in 2022 and the provisional award last November 2, the company will open the construction site by this summer. The works that will lead to the redevelopment of the Stadium will have a duration of approximately 24 months, then 2 years, and they will be divided into two phases.
In particular, in this period in which the structure will be busy with works, the Caserta, the club that plays in Serie D will be able to use the structure but only in the home games.
What will the new structure look like?
The new structure will be equipped and adapted to all the current needs of international football. It will be a structure, perhaps the first, present in Italy to present all these characteristics. There will be Skybox, stages and pitch view, medical center, gym and spa, bars, restaurants, baby parking, guesthouse, car parks and another 15000 mXNUMX of office and commercial space. In short, a truly functional and complete structure.
It will hold 12.000 seats, expandable to 16.000 and can be used all year round.
