The inaugural pedaling of the 2017 Naples Bike Festival will enter the Rione Sanità with tribute to Totò and music in the Galleria Principe.
La inaugural ride of the Naples Bike Festival 2017 Will be held the 12st May and, as for the last edition, it will take place in the streets of the Rione Sanità.
"Pedaloper ...“, This is the title of the event, will start from the square of the Archaeological Museum and, just before the actual ride, the Spanish duo“ Cia. Alta Gama ”will perform for all in one juggling show on the bicycle, amazing the audience with an almost magical performance.
After the show, the pedaling will begin which, this year, will have like air quality theme. In fact, “Pedaloper… breathe” will be the key to the initiative, emphasizing more and more how the bike is an ecological and healthy means of transport for the environment, as well as healthy for the body. Also, it improves human relationships.
A very original peculiarity will concern thetribute to Totò: all cyclists will wear the black bowler hat by Antonio de Curtis, recalling the Prince of laughter on the fiftieth anniversary of his death. In fact, the rich is dedicated to him program of events in Naples and May of the Monuments.
Pedaloper path ...
The departure will be in the afternoon from the National Museum, then we will proceed via Foria entering festively in the Health District. From here, we will come in Piazza Municipio to then cross the Lungomare Caracciolo and finish in the Galleria Principe di Napoli.
Music and events
In the Gallery Bycicle House there will be the dj set by Capone & BungtBangt and the evening will be animated until midnight by the Lautaru Costel group and the Mujeres Creando. The thirtieth birthday of Greenpeace Gruppo Napoli will also be celebrated and a space will be set up food and drink.
