From May to July 2017 will be closed some sections of the Naples ring road for work.
A little uncomfortable news is coming for those who use the fitting on a daily basis ring road of Naples.
In fact, due to maintenance work, a series of closures has been scheduled which will unfortunately last 9 from May to July 16 2017, according to the following shift.
The dates of the closures
From the 9 25 May
At the “Vomero” junction, the “via Caldieri” exit ramp will be closed (for cars coming from the Tangenziale toll booths, the recommended alternative exit ramp is “Vomero - via Pigna”).
From May 25 to 6 June
Also at the “Vomero” junction, the “via Pigna” exit ramp will be closed (for vehicles arriving from the Tangenziale toll booths, the recommended alternative exit ramp is “Vomero - via Caldieri”).
From the 19 June to the 16 July
At the “Vomero” junction, closing of the entrance ramp from via Pigna / Soccavo-Pianura connection (for cars coming from ordinary roads, the recommended alternative entrance ramp “Vomero - via Cilea”).
These interventions for the maintenance of high-speed roads, both incoming and outgoing and in both directions, are scheduled by the Municipality of Naples and concern the paving with "antiskid" bituminous mat (non-slip in case of braking) and the replacement of the expansion joints that guarantee the continuity of the road surface and waterproofness, as well as minimal noise and vibrations.
