Three evenings full of fun and delights for the palate in Casandrino with the 2016 bucatino festival!
From 9 to 11 September 2016 the appointment with the Sagra del bucatino in Casandrino. Now in its twentieth edition, the festival will be an excellent opportunity to have fun and taste the culinary specialties of the area.
The town in the province of Naples takes the opportunity to let visitors know its agricultural past, when wheat was the main element of production. Experienced masters will offer the bucatini in the traditional way, with a cooked saucepan for 6 hours.
The typical condiment is enriched by bacon and smoked provola, pecorino cheese and parmesan. There will be many stands offering a wide variety of local products.
There will be no lack of joy, thanks to special guests of the evenings: Peppe Sannino and the Duo Orabona will take the stage. The new location where the event will be held, full of greenery, also provides ample parking facilities.
