Enogastronomic tastings, tourist routes and shows at the 2016 fiordilatte festival in Agerola!
From 6 to 8 August 2016 Agerola, in the province of Naples, will host the Festival of fiordilatte and typical Agerola products.
Visitors will have the privilege of being able to taste the typical artisan products of the city of Agerola as genuine cold cuts, the delicious ones caciotte, ricotta, scamorze and the prized Provolone del Monaco DOP. Do not miss the bread of Agerola, the pasta of Gragnano and the wine of Furore.
The proposed menu will be made with the main ingredient of the event, fiordilatte, whose delicate flavor will enrich the goodness of some dishes such as wholemeal wholemeal with tomato and fiordilatte or the gnocchi with smoked provola cheese fondue, aromatic herbs and flakes of Provolone del Monaco DOP.
Furthermore, they will be organized Taste Workshops where it will show the processing of dairy products, one nature walk through the fields and villages of Agerola, a visit to the "Artistic Ceramics" exhibition at the Civic Museum and various folk shows.
Finally, there will be a free exhibition of I tell you, the South 58 e Biagio Izzo, with a final pyrotechnic salute.
