From Friday 25 to Monday 28 August 2023 a Montecorvino Rovella, a town in the province of Salerno, the forty-three edition of the Chop Festival. It is a'ancient event which is reproposed every year by the Local Pro Loco and which always welcomes many visitors and tourists who come to taste the local specialty.
At Piazza Municipio starting 20 pm: 00 for four days you will have the opportunity to taste the typical dish which is cooked according to an ancient local recipe, the scent of which invades the alleys and streets.
What to taste at the Sagra della Braciola
For the forty-third edition of the Sagra della Braciola it will be possible to taste the special typical dishwe are talking about the tasty chop, which is wrapped with the wire and is then served inside a crunchy bun.
