A Siano is a new appointment with the goat chop festival and the percoca in 2019 wine: tasting of typical products and live music!
Since Friday 9 see you Monday August 12th, 2019 a new appointment will be held with la Festival of goat chop and percoca in wine a are, in the province of Salerno.
During the event it will be possible to taste the delicacy sheep meat roulade seasoned with parsley, pepper and garlic with the best homemade pasta. It is a typical dish that is prepared with accuracy, in fact the preparation of the meat requires slow cooking in the sauce for several hours, until the meat gets its only softness.
And then you can still taste the famous one “Percoca” in wine, that is the peach that in this area is particularly yellow and compact enough to be called “percoca giallona”, inside the wine with which it is softened. The evenings will be enlivened by fun shows and live music.
