Da1st to 5th November, Vitulano becomes the beating heart of traditions with the 30th edition of the Vitulanese Chestnut and Pecorino Festival. This celebration proves to be an immersion in food and wine culture and local hospitality, promising unforgettable experiences.
The inauguration will take place at 10:00 am, with the opening of the stands curated by the Hotel Institute IPSAR “The Witches” of Benevento and the welcome of even the littlest ones thanks to the Vitulano Nursery School.
What to do during the festival
Urban trekking and in the chestnut groves: Visitors will be able to explore Vitulano through guided tours that reveal the secrets of the village and guided excursions into the chestnut groves, witnesses of a unique and precious ecosystem. Live music: Various musical performances will liven up the streets of the town, offering entertainment for all tastes.
Gastronomy and Crafts: Typical dishes of the Vitulanese tradition and chestnut-based specialties will be the protagonists, accompanied by exhibitors of local craftsmanship.
