New year, new festivals: the country of Striano, in the Sarno valley, begins at large with the 2018 sausage and friary tree festival. The appointment with the thirtieth edition of the event is from 5 to 8 January, on the occasion of the patronal feast of San Severino Abate.
Gourmets will not be able to miss these four evenings in the name of local food and fun. As usual, the typical sausage and broccoli sandwich accompanied by good wine. You can also taste other local products. There will be something for all tastes: those who want will in fact choose the vegetarian variant of the sandwich.
You will have the opportunity to spend in the company the last days of celebration of the Christmas period. The festival, set up in the Canonical House, is also organized this year by the Parish of San Giovanni Battista and the Catholic Action Paul VI.
