How many ways can you cook chicken ? Many, but you won't always be able to find recipes in cookbooks or online: some hold secrets passed down from generation to generation.

The people of Ciorano , inhabitants of the hamlet of Ciorani (Salerno), are famous for their Casereccio alla Cioranese chicken , a delicious dish that can be tasted at the festival organised by the Gruppo Sarnellianum Juranense.

Not only will it be possible to taste the traditional recipes of Cioranese Cuisine, but also many other dishes based on this delicious white meat : fried chicken wings, special salads, special sandwiches, sausages and so on!

Not just chicken , but other specialties too! The delicious food will be accompanied by live music , entertainment, and group dancing.
